Manufacturing our products we use high quality fabrics and manufacturing equipment, which meets all the requirements.

All fabric combines quality, durability, comfort, high-protection properties. Fabrics are produced for their use in extreme environments with a high degree of dirtiness, with a possibly easy and convenient care without additional costs.

The company uses more than 40 different fabric types. This way, taking into account the possibility of developing specific types of fabric, the range of working clothes types is extremely broad. There is a wide range of mixed fabric from 150 to 365g/kv.m in thickness with different kinds of patterns: normal, twill, twill with patterns, satin, "Chambray", mechanical tension (with a stretch to 15%). We offer a wide range of fabric with the special treatment: CRF, Comfort + etc. Very common in Europe are mixed fabrics (polyester / cotton), used for women's and men's work clothes manufacturing; Flexible Comfort Stretch fabrics are created by modern technology, with the possibilities of stretching and recovery, as well as the opportunity to wash clothes at 85 C; sanitized fabrics with refreshing treatment which does not require additional sterilization, only washing.

Öko-Tex

Öko-Tex Standard 100 'Confidence in Textile' label for polyester/cotton blends.

An initiative of the Austrian Textile Research Institute and the Hohenstein Research Institute in Germany, in conjunction with fellow institutes throughout Europe, the Standard, which is drawn up by the International Association for Research and Testing in the field of Textile Ecology (Öko-Tex), is only awarded to organisations who can demonstrate that all materials used in manufacturing are allowed under the standard.

EU Eco-label

European Eco-label accreditation.

Specifically designed to encourage the production and consumption of goods and services that respect the environment, under the EU Eco-label scheme products and processes are thoroughly and independently tested according to ecological criteria which take into account all aspects of a product's life, from its production and use to its eventual disposal (cradle to grave approach).
In today's world of ever-increasing globalisation the Eco-label Flower logo makes it easier for consumers and specifiers to recognise quality European products that are less harmful to the environment and to make informed choices about the products and services they buy.
The award of the EU Eco-label means that specifiers and consumers have the confidence and reassurance of knowing that Klopman fabrics are manufactured in an environmentally responsible and sustainable way
